Data Collected by Our App
- Employee Names
- Device Info: Manufacturer, Model, Push Token and Device ID
- Location: required for any form submission
How We Use Data
All employee data is stored securely in our company database (Users table: names/device info; Forms table: submissions with location). When an admin deletes an employee’s account, their personal data (name/device info) is permanently removed from the Users table, while all associated Forms data (including location history) is preserved indefinitely as business records.
Data Retention & Deletion
This app is strictly for Petroleb’s employees and collects names, device info and location data for business purposes. Due to company compliance requirements, any collected data cannot be deleted by employees.
