When an admin deletes an employee&#8217;s account, their personal data (name\/device info) is permanently removed from the Users table, while all associated Forms data (including location history) is preserved indefinitely as business records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Retention &amp; Deletion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This app is strictly for Petroleb&#8217;s employees and collects names, device info and location data for business purposes.
